The front end needed assistance as they seemed to be busy in the back. I could see them working so there understaffed. The van I rented was clean and comfortable but it had hesitation during parts of the drive like it was low on oil? The staff was friendly and informative. Thank them all for there help as they were great.

HUI-MIN HC we were helped very quickly and were directed to items that we didn’t even know were available for rent like the totes and the dolly. It made our move so quick and much easier than we had thought it would be in the pouring rain.

CARRIE RThe one thing that was disappointing is the inside of the van was really wet on the floor- like it had just been cleaned- and it was wet enough that it got the edge of my mattress wet through the sheet and the bottoms of the boxes and furniture wet. That is the only thing I would have changed about my experience The rest was great!

FREDERICK MI thought the customer service experience from pick-up to drop off was lacking, they weren't really that engaged and helpful.
BRADLEY WAlot of vans and trucks lined up and not moving fast enough to stay flowing and safe for customers who were returning their rental. Maybe they were short handed?

BRIAN MWell, they told me to fill the gas tank. I only went 9 miles and I put 15/15 dollars with a gas in it. Need to check those meters a little bit better and the outside of it was pretty dirty and the transmission on the van seemed a little wonky it was like surging and making noises.
DAVID KMy only complaint is that twice I have rented a pickup truck and it has had a strong smell of cigarettes. I have had to drive with the windows down so that I don't get a headache. Customer service was perfect, and other than the cigarette smell, everything is always in perfect working order.

Richard OThe assistant manager is awesome! An emergency happened 10 min before their closing time and he stopped his closing preps to assist me. Was able to rent the trailer and be off the lot before 7pm. One of the best U-Haul experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this location, I have rented here several times.

ELLIOT DKeith R was amazing. It was VERY cold. Keith greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome, as we were his first customers of the day. We saw him attending to our rental truck as we drove up. He ensured that the truck was clean, oil was changed, windshield wipers were good and the truck was warm for us! Can he be recognized for his GREAT customer service?!?!

DIRAR EIt was not the location, but the after-hours support that made the experience sub-par. The instructions to return the trailer do not align with the physical options present at the site. We spent a lot of time trying to make the instructions given work, including the ability to change the drop off location from the original site.
YURI PThe drop off location in Shoreline WA is extremely rude. The lady helped check out is the worst. Give me unclear surcharges I just paid up because I want no headache. Be careful

SIOBHAN GI made the reservation with my credit card but had my friend as the one picking up the truck. She was listed as an additional driver. However when she picked up the truck they made her pay with her credit card instead when it should have been my card.

MORTEZA SBeing used to the Interbay location, I can see the culture can be totally different at another location. I had a culture shock and do not wish to go back to the Shoreline location. Both times I rented there were disappointing, almost disrespectful service.

SCOTT BThere really wasn’t any issue with this location. My issue is with U-Haul. I reserved the trailer at the Kenmore, WA location. I showed up there this morning and the guy working there (who clearly wasn’t interested in customer service) told me the reservation had been moved to the Shoreline location. He said I should have gotten a text or email informing me of the love. I did not. This was wildly inconvenient to me and added over an hour to my errand. Reservation has a definition; apparently UHaul is unclear what that is. I don’t foresee myself using your service ever again. Get better.
