This place was awful. The one man working would not help me take off the tailor on my car. I waited around 30 minutes and kept asking him for help or if someone else could. He told me he doesn't know where anyone was. At the end, I told him im 5 months pregnant and can't do this on my own and he said he couldn't help. The rental was fine. However the requested pick up location did not have the truck. Nor did we receive a call 24 hours before the rental pickup informing us the pickup was in a completely different place. We wasted half the day looking for and obtaining a truck that was rented in early April. The equipment had not been cleaned inside or out. I had to wait in line 45 minutes to pick up a vehicle I had reserved online. The gas tank was not filled when I got the vehicle, which I would have noticed before I left but I was in a rush after the long wait. So I had to to fill up 4.5 gallons of gas for a trip that was 10 miles long. When I returned the vehicle, the canopy for returns was overflowing with other returned vehicles and I had to hunt down an employee to let them know I returned itSHANE WILLIAM J.

Overall great experience. Marcus who checked me in did not seem super confident but was very polite and wanted to help me. Upon return the Assistant Manager did not see the note that I saw that Marcus put in regarding me returning the truck at 12 noon, so that was a little frustrating. But the employee who took the vehicle back in was awesome. I had issue with the door handle not working and he addressed that, made sure to take care of the final bill that Marcus had told me, and was very pleasant. I forget his name, but he made a pretty good experience EXCELLENT at the very end. Well done.LEO JAY L.

Probably let the person know that when they 'reserve' a truck, there's still 30-45 mins needed for checkout. I 'lost' about an hour that I hadn't planned for and everything ran longer and I got stuck in evening traffic. Otherwise, great service, will use you again.ANDREW G.
There was a line of customers out the door waiting for 20 minutes, plenty of staff available to service them, but they wouldn't bother to stop servicing equipment for a moment to address our needs even intermittently. The check-in process was incredibly slow, so that I ended up getting my vehicle with significantly less time than I had booked. To be fair, my check-in was fairly quick, but the two people checking people in were not sufficient to handle the number of people there at open, and the online check-in may not have been widely used. I had to work with four of your employees before finding one who understood the process, was professional, and efficient. One was rude, one was unhelpful, the third was frankly clueless. I drove 5 miles for my roundtrip and was charged a $30 fuel surcharge and charged 3 gallons of fuel costs for another $17. This Uhaul location cares only about maximizing fees and charges rather than caring about their customers. Their reputation has not changed at all over the years and it's sad that anyone has to do business with this organization.Frank E.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had rented 24 of the plastic boxes (better than buying boxes in my opinion) but could only take home 14/24 due to the size. I was able to get refunded and could pack up most of my one bedroom apartment into those 14 boxes plus Mirror/tv box and furniture wrapping. Only downside is some of the boxes still had the disinfectant inside and required me to wipe down the interior before use otherwise the boxes were pretty clean. When renting the truck, Uhaul recommended me a moving company to assist and that was a super helpful feature because the guys made moving so much easier. Picking up the Uhaul was a quick process, took less than 10 minutes. Staff were understanding when I used the Uhaul an extra hour and the drop off process was less than 5 minutes. Overall Uhaul made my move quick and fairly easy.Courtney B.

Maybe next time don't be so sexist against women. While taking time to walk out other customers clearly of the opposite sex to their truck and just giving me the key at the counter to find my own truck that was located behind other trucks that needed to be moved in order to get the truck I was given was highly unprofessional and when asked for help I was given a vague description of your truck is somewhere outside to the left.
