The problems experienced had nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with the computer transactions. When I was trying to pay on-line, I also added insurance protection. The system not only added the insurance amount to the new total but also raised the original rental price. (It sounded like the customer in the next cubicle was experiencing the same frustrations). I went to the store to solve this problem, and low and behold: the computer system changed the pick-up and drop off dates and the employees could not change it!!! The employees and truck were great, but the computer system and the sly way it is programed to raise prices leaves something to be desired.Robin F.

The online reservation system asks if you need extras - blankets, dollies, etc. I requested six blankets and a dolly, which after I picked up the truck, appear to be standard equipment in the truck I rented. So it appears I paid for something that I would have had access to anyway. In addition, there were only four blankets in the truck, when I needed six, which was frustrating for me in my move.Mary M.

When I picked up the truck it had been packed and into a nest of trucks. Wasn't difficult to get out however. I had ordered a half a dozen moving blankets and that was verified with the attendant. However when I got to my destinations 40 miles away there were no blankets with the equipment. I was charged for it and it was verified by the attendant at site but I was not informed that I had to pick them up or that they weren't on board the rig. I was charged for them. So I was not happy with that. There was a cursory cleaning, but there were Still obvious places where things have been spilled in the cabin and not wiped down. The rental pick up went smoothly except for the fact that the things I had ordered were not there.ANNA T.
There is a continuous log jam to get help especially when returning. You go inside wait in line forever then they tell you to go find someone out side. When I pulled into the parking lot I was barely able to get the trailer out of traffic.DENNIS D.

It would've been much appreciated if the 17' truck I reserved was available. I end up using a larger truck that made our move less optimal for due to small driveway length. The whole $50 cash if your truck isn't available is bait and switch marketing as that's apparently dependent on NO available trucks available. Equipment I used was clean and in good working order though so I can't knock U-haul for being undependable.VICTOR SUM-TOCK Q.

When I picked up the truck I was told it had a full tank of gas. It did not and I took a screenshot of it. I only put 7 miles on it and after I returned it, I was charged an additional $10 fuel charge in addition to the per mile charge. It took me 40 minutes to dispute the charge with photo proof before I was able to get my $10 refunded. Please train your employees so they don't lie about how full the gas tank is and then pass that charge onto customers. Will never return to this location again.MICHAEL C.
There were a number of people waiting to check in/out their vehicles and ONE person operating the store. That person had to spend much of his time outside the building leaving all the sale items and cash register unsupervised. With the huge cost to rent, I would think that Uhaul could afford more personnel I will never rent from this company again. .Steven A.

The staff were wonderful -- helpful and warm (even when busy and HOT!). The wait time on the phone to change was over a half an hour. TOO long! I couldn't extend my rental online and had to wait.dJENNIFER C.
There were a lot of UHaul trucks/trailers being returned to this site after hours, so it was a bit chaotic figuring out where to park the Haul.Bryce and Gary W.
Understandably Uhaul is busy Memorial Day weekend. Why Uhaul would let dozens of people rent within the same time slots from one location with only two people on POS is less understandable. My pickup time was 10:30am, I arrived 10:15am, and due to the line stretching to the end of the lot I did not pick up my rental until 11:45am. If logistically it is not possible to process X amount of people within 15 minutes then there should not be an option for Uhaul to overload their staff and manager just to rake in as much cash as they can grab in a single weekend. This is not the stores fault but a blatant disregard by the company for their employees and customers.CHLOE H.

Took the required pictures of gas gauge and odometer locked the truck dropped the key and tried to check out. No way to access the taken pictures!!! No way to open the truck!!! This app is a great idea but in your video stress the unusual nature of accessing photos. I get that it may be a way to prevent picture fraud and the location feature is very cool but as an organized user i studied the app in advance and: 1.) took inside pictures after parking. 2.) got out and locked truck. 3.) took location picture. 4.) Dropped off key 5.) Went to app to check out and oops sorry you can't advance without taking pictures. Hard wired into phone users is I can take a picture or use a picture so while I get the security/data integrity of your method, a heads up would be good and not in the fine print which no body reads but bold like in your warnings not to block driveways etc. ThanksðŸ˜ŽJames A.
The 20ft truck had been broken into and parts were stolen so I had to use a 17ft truck instead. I wasnt able to pack everything and I didn't want to make another trip and be charged for so much mileage. Although it was disappointing to not complete my move, the customer service was good.RACHEL C.

Supposedly I damaged the vehicle and was charged for this. However, I did not damage the vehicle. I plan on going to this location in the morning to demand and see what supposed damage I did. Trucks are well maintained. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The entire process of reserving the truck via the web and its other requested data was simple and efficient. Checkout and return were very easy. The location has easy access. The store has a large inventory of vehicles and trailers for any need. The mobile check-in & return process sounded promising, but honestly I found it to be a pain. Granted, I was able to pickup the truck before the line even moved inside the store, but that was after taking photos & uploading, having them rejected because my selfie wasn't very good (sorry, I skipped the makeup Togo to Uhaul), & having to find another alternate contact because my husband was in the shower when Uhaul called to verify I would return the truck, so didn't pick up to answer. Returning was equally cumbersome, so I ultimately let the helpful young lady working outside take care of checking the truck in. I get the need for verifying my id & the condition of the truck & terms, but It took me easily 25 min to pickup the truck usinv the mobile system. Thought it would save me some hassle, but it didn't.LAURA K.
