When I was given one location for a storage unit (3850 Cleveland Ave) and not informed by customer service rep That I would have to check in at one location, (Morse Rd) then I would have to come back to Morse Rd to return Truck and Trailer. Alot of confusion, frustration, and information on the procedure not communication.

Benjamin W. | Overall ExperienceThe office was never available and when you called they would pickup the phone and hangup. This happened ALL the time not just once. There was a falling ceiling that had wasp flying in and out and screws that went through the wall. I took the day off work to meet their person who failed to show. The grounds were dirty and my unit was infested with spiders, stink bugs, and wasp. Inasked them to treat yet no one ever showed up as we scheduled. The rent increased for no reason, the unit was an outdoor unit non-climate controlled. The staff was rude and not very customer friendly when I had to go to the office which was NOT on-site. The prices displayed were not where the office was on Morse Rd. but down the road on Cleveland. That is intent to mislead and false advertisement. I moved to a unit that is the same size, inside, clean, no bugs for a fraction of what U-haul charges. I would not recommend I will tell others, like your other tenants that asked me why leaving. to go where I am as it is way better and much more reasonable in price and above all CLEAN AND FREE OF INFESTATIONS and climate controlled.

The manager Karen and I from your Morse Road location had constant discrepancies with one another, therefore way back in March it was decided that i would vacate the unit and she had given me a reasonable amount of time to do so. I can provide proof of the vacate date if need be. I would prefer this not be on my credit history as delinquent, so please let me know what or if you need anything from me in order to change the actual vacate date in your records. I was not able to get in my unit once because doors allegedly frozen and no other way to my storage when I really needed it. However, U haul staff gave me a discount fir my inconvenience which I appreciated. I current have a bigger unit.

They put one on without notifying us so when our daughter showed up to get our things there was a lock on the unit that we could not open. So she could not get our things. We are from out of town so this really messed up our plans. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful and poorly trained. Also very long lines. And U-Haul customer service line is a joke.

I would mail the payment a week ahead, I would sent it *Certified* mail which showed the delivery date on the receipt, and continually get charged. Columbus postal system or slow office handling??? Finally just gave up.

A representative finally called me back and helped me set up an account and the code on the lock did not work after 1 hour I wanted to change locations to the one on Morse . This was an inconvenience and I will never rent a Uhaul unless I am able to check in with a representative in person .

Rented a 15' truck for 24 hrs and spent 19 of those hours moving... Dropped off the truck and was out of there and heading home in less than 2 min.

Chris M.The representative helping me was busy talking to other people in the lobby and not focused on my transaction. They ended up putting the miles in wrong which almost created a hassle for me on the return. Prior to picking the truck up, I called to confirm my order, since I was called and told my original location did not have the equipment I needed for my move. The first representative seemed like she was drunk or just overall had no care for her job as she struggled to greet, then couldn't answer my questions/failed to attempt to answer my questions, then hung up with me when she seemed the conversation was over without saying goodbye or confirming my order. The second representative hung up on me while trying to research the questions I had, and it wasn't until the third representative helped me that everything was settled, and she wasn't even from this location! I am glad I will never have to experience this location as this interaction made me want to cancel my order altogether and makes me even doubt that I will use uhaul for any future moves. This was one of the worst experiences to an already hectic and stressful week.
