The customer service was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. The manager should be fired in my opinion. She was rude and did not show any interest in helping us during a very dire situation. No sympathy, no sincereness and just down right disrespectful. The facility was not well taken care of. Multiple times I had to shovel out snow or mud to access my storage unit. The door of the storage unit often got stuck. The gate was open a number of times when I went to access my storage unit, when it should have been locked. It was a horrible experience and I do not recommend.

The only reason I can't give the 5th star is there were multiple times during the winter where either the door was plowed in or frozen shut (or frozen shut b/c it was plowed in).

As a Property Management Company , we always have special needs at crazy times with short notice and Devon has never failed. Her only drawback is struggling with the Corporate phone system that does not deliver messages and rules that don't fit in Maine. Tie a girls hands a it is difficult to deliver customer service, but she does it with a smile.
PAUL P | Overall ExperienceOverall, our uhaul experience was good. The two drawbacks that I wish we’d been given a heads up about is 1) anything that’s particle wood and against the cement slab is likely to mold and ruin. 2) uhaul does not prorate your final payment which is really quite a bummer.
Jenica F | Overall ExperienceIt was great to be able to have a secure place for all our treasures! We needed that 10x30 storage unit so much! So thank you! At the time, it was the only one we could find large enough to hold everything. Being an outdoor unit, still saw evidence of mice and and we had spiders but that's to be expected with an outdoor unit. Nothing got moldy or wet however after being there for over 2 years! This was easy to get to, right off the highway and never had any issues getting into our unit. Thanks again for keeping our things secure until we could get them back again. Oh and P.S. THANK YOU for the porta potties on site! :) We brought our own tp but we were super grateful you had them there. :)

scott s | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit has been frozen shut for over a month now. I can’t get into it. No help was offered but salt and that would take days to work if it did at all. I’m constantly finding that field mice have been eating away at some of my clothes and mouse droppings everywhere. Also meet with nothing we can really do. Other than those too things this is the best storage place I’ve ever been with!
