The facility went beyond my expectations as to cleanliness, how well lit it was, the convenient availability of useful equipment andease of access. The young lady who assisted me in the office was knowledgeable, professional and couldn't have been more courteous. I'd been a U-Haul vehicle renter and storage customer in the past, and I left U-Haul for Public Storage due to my dissatisfaction with the aspects of my U-Haul experience then that the company is now doing so well as mentioned above. Glad I made the switch back andwull likely remain a U-Haul customer for as long as I need the storage space.

The only other comment I would like to add is just an observation that my name is spelt wrong where it says customer above..... It's actually spelt Nicholas Stiles! So if you could possibly update that I would be very appreciative!

It's a brand new constructed facility with a drive inside loading and unloading area to get out of the elements. Carts, bathroom, huge elevator, can't really get any better unless your paying someone to move and store your stuff for you.
