The truck ran terribly. The rack and pinion is going out so it was difficult to drive. I paid for a 15 ft truck, couldn't get it where I wanted. Got charged for the 20' truck. Traffic called, offered extra miles to pick it up 24 miles from my home where I was moving from and and extra day. Come to find out, that want put in the system. I spoke to traffic again who she said they would also add a 3rd day for the inconvenience. Now I get an $80 bill for going over mileage with a $30 charge to pump 2 gallons of gas for ten seconds? Are you seriously kidding me? I am disgusted with the entire move this time. I've rented many trucks & hired help through you since May and this was an absolutely horrible experience! I don't expect a response since no one ever actually reads these anyway. Have a great day.
