The parking area was completely blocked by vehicles when I was returning the vehicle. The owner/manager of the location was hosting a wedding at her facility and the lot was jammed with vehicles, not a single parking spot available. Another individual associated with the event told me to just leave the truck parked behind the vehicles. I refused to do so because I was unsure of her authority with regard to the truck rental and I did not want to block the patrons from being able to depart. A while later, the owner/manager eventually appeared and told me that her having to come outside and address this was a real inconvenience to her and her guests. Well, excuse me.

The van was not clean, it’s a U-Haul so whatever. I did have problems with my location being switched despite me being assured that I would be able to pick up at my preferred location. I spoke with 2 different U-Haul representatives to try to get the situation straight or to get compensated for mileage since I was having to switch to a longer distance location and they could not handle that request. At my request to speak to A manager, I Spoke to the local manager Christian who was amazing from moment one and got it all handled for me. I appreciate him.

Original pick up location did not have the truck, so I appreciated being able to pick up at a location that actually had equipment available. Mobile pick up was fairly easy and the employee available by phone was very helpful. Customer service rep had assured us the truck would be ready at 8:45 at the original location and it was not.

Had an early morning pickup. Said my pickup wasn't ready until 1pm. The woman there wasn't working? Was told to fix the problem myself online. Left without ever driving the truck. You assholes charged me anyway???? Location was a shit hole.

This location advertised on the internet that it was open this past Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. My husband and I showed up for a scheduled appointment at 9 a.m., 21 January and there was no one there. A sign indicated that one had to go on an app and sign in there and receive a code. I downloaded the u-haul app and signed in and tried to upload my driver's license which could not be done. I telephone a toll free number and was able to connect with someone, Eva. She was extremely helpful and was able to get the job done. Thank goodness for her!!!

I picked up my UHAUL at a location in Graniteville, SC on the same day that I dropped it off at another location in Columbia, SC. My drop off location failed to actually check the key in the next morning. Since I had already paid for 1 full day with the truck, it needed to be checked in by the facility the following day. Unfortunately, I received an email from UHAUL asking about the truck’s whereabouts 2 days after I had dropped it off. I was charged for keeping the truck an extra day when I dropped it off the very same night.

Ordered a furniture dolly and a appliance dolly about two weeks prior and got there and no dolly’s! Asked where I could get them because I needed them and was told to go to Home Depot!!! Then had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get checked out. Never again!! Being close was nice but I think I’ll just do business with the U-Haul on Broad street.

We went to the facility Siri g regular office hours. There was NO indicator that it was mobile pick up only. Which made the process inconvenient. Having to call customer service at the time of pick up is ridiculous

The business was not open, So when I went to the key box to drop off and dialed the number as requested, the person on the other end was very rude and stated they were going to charge me a fee to have someone come there and move the truck about 15 ft from where I left it. Then proceeded to hang up on me. Now that's very professional and definitely makes UHAUL look bad. Never again.

My husband hit their building. Neither of us realized it (I was following him in another car). He waited to give someone the keys then we had errands to run that only took about an hour. By the time we got home we had a message from them saying since we didn't return their call, they'd call the police. 1. We have insurance through uhaul which they can see 2. He OBVIOUSLY was not trying to run from the damage since we waited to hand someone the keys (we waited outside because the place seemed dark and closed). 3. They didn't even give us time to callback before threatening to call the police. I was just taken aback that it was their first response to a MISTAKE
