It was a pleasure renting a U-Haul from this location I was in and out in less than five minutes compared to a large Uhaul Center That usually takes me Thirty Minutes or more

My favorite location to rent a truck! I have rent few different sizes of trucks - always clean and drive great! I highly recommend this location!

Julio Gsmall location, but people were friendly. Only saw 1 trailer and 2 trucks in an alley behind the building. Truck I rented had several spots marked from previous damages. Back of truck was clean. Inside of truck had some minor items under the seat from previous renters. Brakes shake when coming off of highway speeds. Mirrors don't adjust; and since I have long legs my seat has to go all the way back, which then the mirrors only show the front corner of the truck rather than the sides of truck to the rear. Upon starting to load, the ramp was broken and we crawled under the truck in order to pull it out. Then at the final destination, the ramp would not go out at all. called Uhaul, and a wrecker service came and said the zip tied the broken piece so it would pull out. They left, and when I unloaded, the ramp would not go back in and stuck out 6' behind. Another service provider came out and crawled under the truck and removed the broken metal piece so the ramp would go back in.
DON SThe location is easy to find. Ample parking available in case you need to leave your vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Bob the manager kindly assisted during check in & out, he was professional and kind.

NEFTALI AEnsuring the customer's order is accurate prevents them from being overcharged due to agent errors which would necessitate contacting customer service to rectify the issue and obtain a refund.
ELI GCustomer service was excellent. The truck was clean and looked very well taken care of. They drove like a dream I was very pleased. HOWWVER ... they don't have anywhere for you to park your car while you are using the rental because it is a tax accounting office with only two parking spaces. So if you don't have anyone to take you and Uber would be too expensive, it's not wise to rent from them. That is my only complaint.
