The guys at the location I picked up the truck werent prepared at all. I waited for an hour after getting to the location to get the keys, and I did the online check-in prior. I took them a while to process my reservation and after an hour I was told that the person who used the truck before didnt check out, so they gave me the keys without processing the reservation. Then, 2 uhual agents called me a couple of hours later asking if I had picked up the truck (because they couldnt see in their system since the guys at the gas station didnt process my reservation). I understand that if the guy who used the truck before me didnt follow the rules, there was nothing they could do but reach out to uhual. But they should've been better trained cause the guy that I talked to clearly didnt know how to use it as he was video calling someone else asking for directions on how to proceed, while I waited. When they decided to give me the keys, they couldnt find it, and guess what? I had to keep waiting. And when I returned the truck, they guy who took a photo of the odometer before I leave said that the picture didnt show the mileage, so I had to calculate my entire route and give him the info. And guess what? I waited another hour to return the truck. So unprepared. This was the second time I used Uhual services, and both of them were horrible customer service. Not sure if I will ever give Hhual another chance..
