Reservation was made online the day before, however at pick up it still took almost 25 minutes as an entire new reservation was made. The vehicle that had been requested didn’t contain the paid for dolly that had been selected with the reservation the day before. We also took photos for proof and were challenged by the individual on the phone, not the attendant at the physical location, because the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas at the time of pick up, but it was stated at pick up it was full. The attendant spoke to the individual on the phone at drop off and reiterated 3 times that we have photos, and finally they waived us filling the gas tank as we only used 35ish KM and how do we fill the thank back to the random marker on the gauge in which it was at.. replacing only the gas we used. Drop off took another 15 minutes as we had to ensure I was not charged for the dolly that was reserved and not provided, disputing filling the tank with gas, and finally I reserved a 26 truck but was only provided a 20.
