To Whom This May Concern Hello the reason I scored average is it took over an hour to get the truck cause no one was at the place when I was scheduled to pick the truck up

The men that helped us at this location were very nice and helpful, but this location was not what we expected. This was not the location I reserved at, nor was it at the second location my reservation was moved to. The person who helped us at the second location said I was at the wrong place which was not true, but apparently the reservation was moved to the third location and I didn't actually get that notification until about 8 hours later. They should have also advised that they were sending us to a location that was not a store like we had reserved at. We were grateful that trailer was available and it worked well. But very displeased with the reservation reassignment process .

Was over charge 1,000 dollars and have not heard from anyone about this matter.

Return location, located in the city, was closed so the contact person said they'd update the next business day. There was a neighborhood store located closer to where I live and stayed open longer but because I gave a general return location and received a call from a representative at the city location, I returned the equipment there.

It took 4 calls to get the reservation to reflect that it was a one way rental. The truck was missing the dolly we added to the rental. There was no one at the location when we got there. The person we called to get the key added insurance to our rental without authorization. The person checking us in at the drop off did not note that we returned the dolly we had to go to a second location to pick up. U-Haul got nothing right at all on this.
