We have used uhaul for many years and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. From the moment we tried to pick up the truck we had issues and continued to have issues the entire time we had the truck.. get back on your game uhaul.. the pick up location was as helpful as they could be other than they only do self service.

Interior of the truck was filthy and empty water bottle on the floor. Truck box had not been swept out. Smelled like an ash tray. The key box pickup deal is a joke. There is only 1 single box and no key in it as designed. First reservation and location had our truck but no key so forced to drive to a further location.
