The self-check in /out is horrible. Too many steps for bad weather. The app doesn't flow properly. I went to return truck, and it took me to the last step of putting the key in the drop box. I had to return 4 hours after I returned the truck to check out the correct way, and I had to try 3 times before it took me through the proper steps.
