The lady checking me in completely changed my drop off location to a place across town where i had the original drop off location just 2 miles from my house. I had to call customer service to get my location changed

SAMPSON EWould not pick up there if no one is there for the pick up. I didn’t know what Tow/haul was for. It had a “sticker” but come on. I needed a person to help with the Bluetooth because I couldn’t add my sisters phone and she was behind me in my car for the whole trip. Too many devices on it. Clean all that up BEFORE you rent it out! And maybe have the tank full so I wouldn’t have to stop and do that.

JOHN AIn trying to go through the return process I had difficulty with the website loading the pictures. The attendant was no help. I am still not sure how it completed my return as I only got a picture of the inside cab when it kicked me off the page.

Kyle RI reserved a trailer at another location on the 26th of the month for local use on the 30th of the month. When I went to pick up the trailer, they didn't have one and their only excuse was "U-Haul's system must have messed up. . . sorry." I went searching on my own and found this location about 18 miles away and they were excellent. U-Haul called me later in the day to see if I still needed the original trailer and I got the same thing. . . "Sorry. Thank you." I reserved 4 days in advance which should have been more than adequate to get the proper equipment located and positioned. Improvement is certainly needed in your reservation system. Also you should work on pre-positioning popular-use items like 6x12 box trailers to locations where there is obvious historical demand. 50 years ago - long before computers - I worked in a fast food joint. We knew pretty precisely how many burgers we would need on any given day of the year and we seldom missed the mark. You should be able to do much better in this computerized era. With your computerized system, you should have enough logistic information to handle this.
Alan YWe dropped the trailer off at location after the office had closed. We stopped by the next day to make sure that all was okay. The lady at the desk was extremely pleasant and let us know that everything was good. She had already taken care of everything. Top notch location. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tanya WI returned the uhaul through the app on sunday afternoon which was going good until I took a picture of the cab. It backed out of everything and wouldn't let me resubmit or anything. Im a pretty tech savey person and it was like tbe forms submitted but gave me no information on what to do after. I didnt receive conformation email or anything. Didn't tell me where to leave key. I took pictures of the rest of the truck for my own records. Absurd that I rented a truck and returned it without talking to one person. It's sad really. If I rent again I will not be using the app.

Nicholas PThe Uhual smelled of smoke, the front windshield was dirty upon pick up. We had to take it to the fuel station to squeegee the windows. A empty Mountain Dew bottle rolled under our feet while driving down the road that did not belong to us. It was nasty because it was used as a “spit cup.” I felt this unit was dropped off the night before and not cleaned before we picked it up in the morning.

kenneth kWe were told we could bring the truck and someone would hook up the trailer for us. They said the weren’t allowed for insurance reason so I don’t know why they told us they would to begin with. We didn’t have any idea how to do that and we’re not feeling comfortable having to do it ourselves.

ALFONSO BThe people at Uncle Tanks were nice and helpful. However U-Hauls rental process is bad. It took 45 minutes and the Uncle Tanks employee calling U-haul 3 times for me to rent a 5x9 trailer as the U-Haul system was not working correctly.

Marlyn MHere’s what’s important or me. I reserved the truck from the Rogers, AR store at 2301 S. 8th Street for Friday, April 26th at 1 pm. I showed up at 3 pm and this store had cancelled my reservation. No call. No warning. I find this totally unacceptable. And the GM there said she could do nothing to help me. Fortunately the folks at Uncle Tank’s in Tontitown, AR had a truck. They were Great! Cassidy and Andy. But that Rogers store is a Joke!
