Sweep out the back of the truck, read the contract that said I also rented blankets and a dolly and make sure they are included in the truck. They weren't. To the master scheduler at UHaul - don't change the pickup location from the largest site in Farmington to probably the smallest without telling the customer that the pickup location has changed and the new site is not open on Saturday. If not for the original location and staff being available on Saturday we would not have been able to make this happen.
