I arrived on time, 4:30 PM to pick the trailer up and had to wait over 30 minutes for the representative to arrive and when I returned it, no one was there. I called the female and told her I was back with it and she said she could see me on camera and to just leave it. I took photos of the inside and all four sides once I dropped it off at the location in case it got stolen or damaged as it was in a rough part of town and no one to check it in and confirm it was returned in same condition as it was rented to me. I would not use this location again as I set it up to rent it in Gray, GA, not this part of town.

Horrible truck was dead lady didn't meet me at the office and then the guy that came to give me a jump off was 2 hours late

Our pick up time was 9 am. The person didn't get there until 20-25 minutes later. I couldn't do the online pick up pics and stuff because there wasn't good cell service there and no wifi. She also left before we actually started the truck. If there had been a problem they were gone.

They failed to deliver the correct equipment. I was forced to pay out of pocket for equipment I didnt order. Upon return, I was charged over $100 for less than 1/8th of a tank of gas. The people who assisted me with the truck were very professional, and very helpful. 10/10 customer service. But my reservation was done completely wrong by UHaul.

Nothing really the Girl don't remember her name but she was very nice and her customer service was excellent.. Most definitely will rent from them from now on.. Thanks again for the great service..🥰
