And the U-Haul app is worthless - we were told by the U-Haul 800 number people that we would be able to return the truck and any U-Haul place but the app wouldn't recognize the two places closest to us and sent us four or five miles away to a large, empty gravel lot and the only way we recognized it was a single small U-Haul truck (no signage and not even an address - we had to deduce the location from the buildings around it). We drove around the lot a few times and then eventually found a small key drop box mounted on a post with a small U-Haul decal but other than that - no way to know!! At least at that point the app allowed me to finish the return but the whole return fiasco cost us probably 90 minutes after a full day of moving!! Not a good experience!!

Was on phone with corporate from uhaul for almost 1.5 hours. The rental truck had a huge puddle of gasoline under truck. We moved it forward a little bit and gas poured out 2 gallons of gas. Corporate representative told us to leave it sit. Thank goodness there was another rental. After all this time we finally got on the road. The representative was very helpful. She even tried calling the company and no one responded to her either.

Joshua SThe truck was not where it was supposed to be and threw our move off by an hour. We confirmed the night before it would be there and when we went to get it, no truck. U-Haul had even changed the reservation from what I selected to this location the day before. The truck they were going to rent us was supposed to be returned at 7:59 and we were supposed to be picking up at 8 AM. Seriously? The no in person pick up was tedious and the drop off location was hard to find. Uhaul has really just lost its customer service
