Uhaul truck was filthy. There were dirty tissues and napkins beside the drivers seat on the floor and also in the cup holder. There was dirty, leaves and debris inside the storage part of the truck. The vehicle needed to be maintained and it had a notification saying to fix the tires and it made noises while driving I honestly thought it was going to break down. Also this location is inside a convenience store with no uhaul employees present. The store clerk was the one designated to give keys and she needed to call someone to complete the process. Everything just took unnecessarily long.

Please let the customer know that there is a lock on the back prior to departure. Provide the code to be able to use when you arrive at your location. I was not made aware of the lock on the back roll-up door and had to contact the U-Haul team to get the code to unlock the door.
