Terrible location to rent a truck from truck was filthy and not swept out tried to charge me for damage that was already on the truck and that I had taken pictures of before leaving with tried to Charge me extra because “I used my credit card and didn’t pay cash “. This was a terrible experience
Crazy that if I pay 100 dollars cash I usually get 30 bucks back from my deposit . Sometimes I’m a little over my normal mileage they take the difference no big deal trying to charge me 37dollars for 10 worth of gas (when I have the insurance) and 38 dollars for being over 20 miles call the guy out on his math as a customer I. Front of me says he got ripped of 16 dollars on his change as well . Thieves and con artist work at this store . I use to go to this store regularly and would recommend them to everyone for their convenience i will now tell people to avoid this store .
The manager calls and talks to the poor kid when Really he should talk to me and explain why I’m being literally ripped off
