The owner tried to rip me off by charging me extra money. I went only ten miles and put in a gallon of gas which was more than enough. He tried to rip me off by saying the gage was higher and I wasn't having it. When he knew I was on to him, he realized I was no foo. I'm from San Bernardino and we don't take any bologna and like Ferris Bueller said, â€œEspecially by a guy like that!â€JOHN L.
Fuel was reported full when I received the truck however the gauge was below the F. I took a picture to show proof. I only put on 9 miles and had to add 3 gallons or be charged $12.00.This is an unethical way to do business. Windows and mirrors were filthy...Kevin S.

They did not have a pick up truck, which is what I reserved. The woman there spoke limited English and had to call the manager. The truck was hard to drive and I've spent the afternoon on pain medication. All the work I did with a representative and online to check in was wasted time. I'm never using uhaul again.Ruth A.

This was a gas station, not a U-Haul store. The clerk inside had to call the owner to come into the station to handle our rental because she couldn't do it, and he wasn't in yet. Once he got there, the rental paperwork was handled fine. It was just waiting around 20 mins while others were paying for gas and also waiting for him to arrive, that took too much time.Starla J.

I retired the rental truck back with a full tank of gas but University mobile charge my credit card anyway. I called customer service and they stated that I would have to wait three days for someone to return my call.Kori E.
My reason for the low rating of this location has to do with the self check out procedure. I started the self check out, was at the stage of asking for the key so I went into the station and showed them my phone and asked for the key. The manager there said he needed my ID and credit card, I showed him my phone check in again and he said he had to make a copy of my ID and credit card. So I gave them to him and he went in the back room for at least ten to fifteen minutes. When he came out he asked if I was self checking out the equipment, I said yes, that's why I showed you my phone. He claims he was trying to check out the truck and couldn't because I had already done that! Wasted that time because the location obviously doesn't do many if any self check outs. Plus I don't like someone having my ID and credit card out of my sight for that long. I will never use that location again. The equipment was great, the service at this location poor.Russell S.

The representative was inexperienced, very slow, did not have any of my rental information other than my name and the equipment! Delayed my departure for over an hour! Also, he had no accessories available, ie... trailer plug adaptor. I felt I should have just went out of my way to an official U-Haul station instead of choosing convenience!Jerry E.

The entire experience was so bad I would tell a friend to avoid this location at all cost. The vendor could not release the truck when we got there bc their internet was down. I had to drive to another location, fill out paperwork and the drive BACK to original location to pick up the truck. No manual process. The internet DOES occasionally go down people! Then when I returned the truck, they would not accept it bc there was no one there that knew how to check the truck in. They called the Mgr at home and his wife just kept hanging up on them. They wanted me to just leave the truck with no receipt or anything to document that I had returned it. Called Corp office, they didn't have any more luck than I did. This place was woefully unprepared to function as a U-haul vendor! Never again!Janniece K.

The return experience was horrible!! The man at the counter when checking in was too busy eating his food to be helpful. He stated that his computer was down and that I would need to return the rental elsewhere. I asked if there was a way he could do the return manually and he said no, I needed to go somewhere else. When I asked him to call the location that I rented from for another location, he attempted to call and then said that their phones at the other location were down. I called myself and was able to get in contact with someone right away! The person I spoke to from the original location was able to get me in contact with someone who was able to check in my rental remotely. I WAS able to leave the trailer there and not have to drive to a further location. When it was time to unhook my rental, the guy approached a homeless guy that was cleaning car windows at the gas station and asked him to unhook my trailer! He didn't even do it himself! The drop off location was so unhelpful and unprofessional! I do NOT recommend renting or even returning equipment to this location!Edith F.

The man working at the Mobil Gas station had no idea how uhal pick up worked. I had to wait for his employer to arrive. Took all my documentation to a back office and didn't let me accompany him rather than conducting business in front of me. Both men were extremely rude. The truck I rented had coffee spilt all of the dash board. This place was absolutely horrible. I called uhal 4 times to get this corrected and was hung up on three out of the four times. I was promised a $50 credit to my account because of the late start and poor service by both the station worker and uhal. I have still NOT received the credit to my account. Next time I move won't use uhal.Austin M.

Everything was perfect. Only issue with picking up the truck and dropping it off. The cashier waits until he is done with everyone then call the manager (manager is the only person who will give you the keys). I mean if all he is going to do is holler at the manager, then why don't you do it before you finish up everybody?Mohammed A.
