I showed up to drop off my trailer a day early and no one was there to receive the trailer. When I called to find out what to do they said the office person had stepped out and would be back. Then nothing for 15 minutes. When I called again they said they would not be back and could I come back tomorrow. I said no. They said someone could be there in a half hour. I told them I would get help myself to uncouple the trailer and leave it.There was poor communication about the situation and i had to take care of things myself. It felt unorganized. That said, they did check in my trailer and I received a receipt in a timely manner.

CASEY CStaff was late for a 5 pm pick up, but helpful when arrived. Truck was filthy, not clean at all. Drivers side door would not close property. Passenger side visor fell off and hit the passenger. No backup camera. Truck was filthy and needed an exterior and interior wash. Could not see through windshield. Wiper fluid empty.

TAYLOR BThe first drop location was provided at 3504 Bodega Ave. When I called them to confirm, they were closed and would not reopen until May 6. The next drop off location was listed as 4998 Petaluma blvd north, Petaluma, CA. That location was not open at all. The next site was provided as 3110 Petaluma Blvd, Petaluma. There was no one there to receive. To say that I was annoyed, would be an understatement. Please note that we did drop off the trailer this morning at the last site mentioned above.
