The staff were decent and approcahable but this location is odd and inconvenient. To add, the process is slow and confusing. Not to mention that this location is much closer to our location than the U-haul lot but it is far more inconvenient. System glitches are worst. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to pick-up the unit and almost 45 minutes to drop it off (excluding the inspection of unit). I was the only client they have on both occasions. Preferably, I would go to the U-haul lot rather on this location but unfortunately, during the reservations, their system automatically led me to pick-up on this location. Not recommendable.

The mobile pick up was ok the drop off was very confusing the confirmation screen came up before everything else so I left before it asked me for pictures I prefer dealing with people and not screens
ALAN MThe parking lot in this location is so small and awkward. I don't even like parking there in my Corolla. Plus, if you have to go talk to the staff for any reason, you have to go into a weed store where they have bongs on display, some shaped like penises. It's not a family friendly location.
Elodie CThey were busy and I had to wait until the customers in the store were gone, but I think it was because there was only one employee working - but your app says you skip the line and get served first. I was not upset to wait, just a discrepancy as what has to happen there. He was friendly, polite and helpful and came out to the truck to assist me in getting the keys.
