Online reservation for 03/07/26 @ 11am shop owner arrived late about 20 minutes or so. I had to sweep out the back of the truck before I loaded my items. Shop owner offered nothing in compensation for being late and nothing for me over fueling the tank upon returning the truck.

I drove 20.4 miles and I was charged for 199 miles. The odometer in the truck did not match what was on the contract before I pulled out of the parking lot. I have called and I had disputed this charge. I would like for someone to make some changes on my charge.
