I returned the van early, yet I was charged for an additional day. I declined coverage, yet I was charged for coverage. Ive never had an issue at any other location.
Cordell JWhat a mess and now I have to waste my time fighting with UHaul for a partial refund. The day I picked up my rental was a very rainy day so when I get to the truck I see the driver side window is down. Open the door and the seat is soaked. I’m in a hurry because I only have the vehicle for 5 hours and I have a lot to do. Start driving after drying the seat and see that this truck has about 1/8 of a tank of gas. Great…now I have to stop for gas too. Didn’t someone check this when it was dropped off????? Hurry to stay within my 5 hours, drop the truck off with 1/4 of a tank of gas, drop the keys in the drop box and leave. Later that day I get an email saying I was charged $140. What??? It was $19.99 plus $14.99 for some made charge. Try to call…sent to AI talking bot. Just a mess!!! Thanks for nothing!
