We were changed to this pickup location from the one we originally booked. The issues we had weren't because of this place but the miscommunication from uhaul itself. We got an email saying we needed to do the 24/7 pickup and to download the app because nobody would be at the location which was NOT the case. We did what the email said and then got an error message and had to call. They hung up on us but luckily we went to the location and found there was in fact a person there until 6pm and then everything went smoothly.

Its a tire shop. Main business is selling tires. Uhaul is a side business and they are not equipped with blankets, dollies, other accessories. I called several times only to be hung up until someone answered. I was checking to make sure the truck was ready as UHaul was unable to locate a truck at the facility I wanted to pick up at near me. I drove 30 miles to pick this truck up only to experience poor customer service as I waited for 15 minutes and then had to go into the tire shop area to find someone to help me.
JEFFREY BMy requested pick up location was in Santa Cruz, CA, approximately 40 miles away from this location. In future, if redirecting a pickup from Santa Cruz, please direct to Watsonville, which is only 18 miles away.
Peter PWay too far from Bay Area proper. Cost me an expensive Uber to get here.

MARCUS Gwas scheduled to pick up at 8:00 am. Location didn't have the truck ready till 10:45. I was very upset as it burned time and front desk clerk didnt know what he was doing.
