This pick up location was not my choice! I requested to pick up a truck at the Century location where my rented storage locker is located...for efficiency. Instead, I was instructed to go to the North end of town to a convenience store. There was NO windshield washer fluid provided and the oil level was at the half mark. Requested dolly equipment was not provided at the pick up location either. The requirements to complete the rental agreement and submit the driver's licence information electronically is solely the responsibility of the renter to do this and yet thousands of dollars are charged to rent this equipment. HELLO......Customer service is missing from this picture!! When calling to ask questions about the reservation, the call is linked to a service centre such that providing answers to the local related questions can't be provided. I'm unhappy with the entire experience, not to mention the extremely high rental fees that are charged. Had there been another do-it-yourself choice for a one way rental truck, I would have taken it, but it seems that UHaul has cornered the market in Winnipeg, MB anyway.

I did not get any help hooking up. Trailer is heavy and wal park onincline so I ran from me few times and I had to adjust the set up. I dont like this location or other simular locations as there are stores around the city specalice in renting u haul equpment. And location like this wher it is just a “Hobby” should not be suported. I only went there as this was the only trailer awalable.
Kristinn SPlease listen to the customer more carefully when discussing a charge that should not be there. The staff member was quite young and there was a lot of things for him to manage. Therefore I do not blame him directly. But it is an inconvenience to have to contact U-Haul about a charge that should not have happened. Overall he was very kind and instructive.
