The final rental steps and "approval" process injected a 15-20 minute hold during a tight time schedule that was completed avoidable. Nowhere in the process does it lead a user to expect a series of questions and photos of documents that will be necessary at the last minute. The cell signal on AT&T was hovering on 1 bar, and I didn't have my passport with me, as I wasn't traveling intentionally, nor did we have any notice that it could be needed. The lack of notice is a huge gap in your process. We had to complete the rental with the helpful gas station attendant who happened to be there, otherwise we would have been waiting for who knows how long. The truck was sort of clean - interior grubby, and the cargo area not swept, but overall not terrible.andrew E.

The customer service was first-rate. Interestingly enough, U-Haul was having a problem w/ its computers and couldn't process the payment, but the station manager handled the issue perfectly.Calvin L.
The passenger door of the truck I rented did not latch properly. The door flew open while I was driving the truck which made for a very dangerous situation. This needs to be addressed as someone could get hurt.Margaret B.

I was over charged for products I didn't purchase. Then I was so called refunded only to be charged again the same amount, plus I was charged the correct amount plus a late fee because you guys made several mistakes and overdrawn my account! I didn't get to see the usual U-Haul rep.A new man was.nice enough, but seemed a bit slower than usual/the rental that morning. He also said that I had to pay Daily Inssurance of $10? Per day. I have never had to pay for that, because I am covered in my Auto Insurance,as well as AAA.membership. So by adding that Xtra fee I had to return truck earlier than usual. I was incredibly disappointed with the pickup at this location. The staff did the absolute bare minimum, the facility was dirty, and I received NO information from Uhaul that I was picking up at a gas station (instead of a Uhaul facility), so I was unable to purchase any of the additional moving items that I needed. Also, the facility did not provide the furniture pads that I paid for! I would never recommend this location and based on the experience I had, I would never pick up here again. Also, it should be noted that this was not my original request, but Uhaul overbooked for the date of my move and I had to be shifted to this pickup location at the last minute.Laura T.

This service was by far the worst customer service in the history of customer services. First and foremost me and my husband had this particular uhaul van for about four days due to assessive moving, which was fine because we needed it. When it was time for the drop off we were rushed out of the vehicle only for them to basically give me and my husband the run around about the final total. When me and my husband asked to go over the prices he got highly upset and in a rage just over simply going over why the price was so high. So we decided ok we'll pay and then it was another issue and they were refusing to take our credit card as a form of payment. Which I have all on video the owner yelling and jumping in my husbands face then kicking him and almost kicked my 4 month pregnant stomach which I'm highly considering suing because this behavior was disgusting and we when take further measures. Also the police were called and nothing was doneLeah G.
