Sandy the manager was great! She went above and beyond to make sure there was a unit available for when we needed it! She has excellent customer service and when I called her to let her know we were getting everything out of the unit, she let me know exactly what I needed to do and that she would close it out and I would be receiving a refund. From the time I sent her pictures of the empty unit and let her know the key was left in the deposit box, we had a receipt with a refund within a couple of hours! We will definitely use her again next year!

Thomas P | Overall ExperienceWhen ownership changed, there is no longer anyone onsite during business hours. If you try and call, even when someone is supposedly on-site, it goes to an answering service. We have storage in multiple cities for college students, and this has been the worst experience of all of them. We had an issue with a lock - the person came into work 2 hours before our time and never even checked before we got there to see if they had the key - we showed up and they had to send someone from an hour away to bring bolt cutters. This could have been found out 2 hours earlier.

Cheryl H | Overall ExperienceThe only complaint is we had issue with rodents. The door did not go all the way to the floor an had a 1" gap under it. It is caused by the latch sliding bolt having too big a hole and the door would rise up after it was locked.
