No one there that could get into the system to check me in or to hook up the trailer. New clerk and no one from that business would come to the store to help. Had to get a gas customer to get a jack out of his truck and put the trailer on for me and had to call in to the help desk to complete the application. When returning the next day the same think again! Disabled clerk could not help, help desk said they could not send out anyone to assist so I had to keep it and come back on Monday when someone was there to help. Arrived Monday and again only 1 female clerk that could not do anything in the system or physically to get the trailer off my truck! Again we flagged down a gas customer that was in a construction truck and he was able to lift it off my truck so I could leave. She never even asked me for paperwork, which I had none anyway, my name or anything so a to enter into the system that I'd complete my return. Once home I again called the help desk to notify the gentleman that I'd completed the return so it was off my record. All of the help desk personnel I spoke with were amazing but that location is worthless as far as any capabilities to rent or assist physically with the process.

Dropped off U-Haul. Girl at desk did not know how to check in but gave me number for owner that walked me through process. I was charged for extra miles which I understood and agreed. When reserving online the milage does not take into account that where I picked up was closed location to where I actually needed to get items so I was 30 miles over before I even started. This is an online rental issue.
