the location is not in the best part of town. the location is in a shop that sales used appliances. they have difficulty with internet. more over, the truck was felty dirty and appeared not cleaned for a long time.

Lorenzo MThe truck was VERY DIRTY, and there were ROACHES in the truck. We had to try our best to get rid of them before we even drove off the lot with a truck filled with roaches. We were very upset to say the lease, and to top it off.....the customer service rep at the location, said "CORPORATE" WOULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.....well I guess no one told her about me. We have the pictures and receipts to prove it all. We are BEYOND DISGUST.....This is not the first, or second time, this has happened and I am tired of it.

Trenna Mi was told that the fuel tank was at 1/4 of the tank, when I left the location, the fuel tank was between 1/4 and 1/8. So on my way back to return after driving only 40 miles or less, I've decided to put gas and spent 30.00 dollars. When I arrived back at the rental location at 6:11 pm , they were closed and I just threw the keys thru a key hole. To my surprise now, I was charged 30.00 dollars for gas and a 30.00 dollar fee for fuel. I think its an absurd when people or companies try to take advantage of customers, I will NEVER go back over there.

JUAN NCar : Bad odor, sticky spots all over inside. Dolly missing, had to drive on uhaul truck 7min away to pick up tools requested in first place by online booking. 10-15 extra miles to pay because of drive that was not planned. The employees did not plan to be very helpful, helped after I was outdoors in Florida heat weather trying to finish online pickup over phone for 25 min. Lost 1,5H worth loading time that jeopardize my move day 1. had to rent another truck next day to finish moving. Really upset with level of service and quality of product received.
Mihai PI was charged for a dolly and pads, but they were not in the truck as promised Called agent to complain she said I would receive refund upon rerun during check in but it never happed. I also noted in on the comments during check out. Agent said she noted account. Still no refund. Tried calling during rental, but waiting was unbearably long. I would not recommend 24/7 ride share option. Too many hiccups.

DEBORAH SHelp the customers to make the appropriate choice. I chose a 10' truck to move some appliances, not realizing the 10-footers don't have a loading ramp. The employers said since I chose the truck, it wasn't their PROBLEM! I made my choice ignorantly assuming ALL trucks have a ramp. I didn't care about the semantics of my choice. I paid $80+ for a truck I didn't get to use. I just wanted a little sympathy.

MARLON mVery quick, helpful and efficient service and would be happy to use again. It's not an actual Uhaul store so be prepared to look for an appliance store in middle of a small strip of shops such as a laundromat, liquor store and 24 hour markets etc.
david wI rented a truck last year at a different location and the amount was around the same mileages. But when I turn in the truck it was a tremendous total. Also it is a applicance store. You have to walk through a tight area into a small office were there is a dog. Will not go there again and a bad reputation for UHaul

Edeta RWhen I got there my reservation wasn't there When he found me a replacement the guy couldn't figure out how to work the computer. It took 1 hour to get truck. The blankets I requested weren't there. I said no safe movers but was charged $42 for safemovers. I was so fried when I left I didn't notice that I was charged $42 for safemovers

RAQUEL EFirst the owners of the store were late arriving at there business. I had to wait out front for them to arrive. This is not a good neighborhood either. Second the lady that helped us was not very friendly at all. The truck was somewhat clean but I have seen better with you guys. There was no hand truck in the truck to use if I need to use it. On returning the truck at 6:30 pm they had already been closed. I drove around the back to drop off the truck and the back is gated off. When I drove up to the gate a man opened the gate. I drove in to drive over to the other uhaul trucks and I was shocked to see over 30 homeless looking people sitting around on nasty old furniture just sitting around outside. They were all drinking beer and smoking. I felt very very very unsafe. This was in a gated area behind the business for the business. When getting out of the truck to look for the overnight drop box a strange man came up to me and handed me a phone. Witch was the owner of the business, he questioned me on the hour of the return. I told him my reservation was for 9 to 7pm. He said OK and then told me to lock the truck and then go back to the front and put the keys in the mail slot on the door. This whole experience was horrifying! I will NEVER return to this location... I prefer Uhaul over the rest but I will make other arrangements before returning to that location. Other then the location Uhauls online reservations perfect as usual. Thanks.
