Michelle EThe U-Haul was in unsafe condition to drive, we didn’t find out until AFTER we paid movers $800 to professionally load our vehicle that the vehicle had mechanical issues and had to wait HOURS for emergency road side assistance on our 10 hour move, delaying us and making to to where we couldn’t close on our new house on time.

Kevin DThis location in Milton was awesome! I had nothing but problems trying to pick up my entire rental. I reserved it for the closest location to me.. the day before my location to pick up changed to a 20 minute drive instead of 5 minutes. This is difficult when you're trying to move! And customer service was NOT helpful. The day of pickup my truck was available at the new pickup location but not the rest of my reservation. They sent me to another store 30ish minutes away. This particular store tried to give me stuff that I didn't reserve and even attempted to try and make me pay for a whole other entire reservation with the truck and everything! I am a single woman trying to move closer to my grandbabies since my husband passed away.... this is the LAST thing I need... more heartache, headache, and stress trying to move! The drop-off location in Milton Florida has been awesome! They understood what I needed and were egar to help! Thank you!

Young women in the office were friendly but unable to answer questions in regard to handling of tolls when not using an ez pass and no cash toll offered. Did not go over any truck details like you would normally get even with a car tental

Charles JI was really impressed by the service that I received as well as the overall rental process. It was easy and convenient and the lady helping me was awesome. The truck was in good condition and fairly new. The return process was a little off due to the app not finding my location and then not allowing me to take final pictures. This worried me a little when I left the vehicle parked on a non-business day but the rental contract was closed seamlessly and with no problems the next day.
Mike WThe U-Haul had an empty beer can in the floor of the truck. I was charged for a dolly that was not in the truck. They double booked the truck was given to pick. The experience was awful.

Cheyenne BThe young lady at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I originally had a trailer that was to small and needed an upgrade. This process is not made easy by U-HAUL but this young lady worked through it to ensure my needs as a customer were met. It is the kind of service you hope for but rarely get. Great job!

Tyler S1) Add signs to indicate where to park trailers when the few marked spaces are full. 2) When I did the online return I received a note that I'd receive an email with my receipt. I did not.
