Make sure women are cute and easy and available for dating lol no just kidding lol ;^) nice service and politeness of personnel;^) ths a bunch 10 thumbs up love quickness and responses but hate the milage rate difference of weekend vessels work days not fair really cod be illegal on charge for all cant decriminalizing of working people from off duty or weekenders one rate for all pls totally price gauging hummmmm look it up pls a lawyer as my friend who told me of this is illegal so might want to look at your policies before someone else does ;^) but thank you for your service and seniors and military should has discounts for service render ;^)) just a thought ;^))

I ordered a dolly and there wasn’t one in the truck nor was there instructions on how to get one. However, I was charged with one.

Give the customer the time they requested for the equipment. I felt rushed to use the truck. Although I signed up for 24 hours. U haul callled me to ask when I would bring the truck back. I bought it back early and was still over charged. I cannot even pulk up my receipt via enail. This was not a good experience.

Not happy with the lack of care shown by the lady present at USA Storage Center for the equipment I had paid for not being available. The lady that was working Saturday morning could care less that I had drove 400 mile to move a daughter home and wound up going to the Walmart to by a dolly to move the heavy stuff. I most likely will not do business with U-HAUL again due to this. Now who do I contact to get a refund for the equipment I paid for and did not receive?

the billing was sketchy AF. $99 initial estimate came out, then actual cost $300 came out, last, $200 pending.the 300 was refunded. I feel like there were extra steps in the charging process that made it confusing.

Truck strongly smelled like marijuana. Also extremely expensive. I will most likely not be using UHaul again because each time I use a piece of UHaul equipment it is more and more expensive. $0.99 per mile? C’mon now.

Not a very pleasant person she seemed aggrivated that she had to give us money back from our deposit. And she wasn't friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering her . Will not ever go back there

equipement was clean but the straps for the tire was showing signs of wear. the straps wear tearing some which concearned me hauling trailer. person signing out did not go out and go over the equipement with me.

Trailer required jerry-rigging to stay on my 2" ball. Customer service was mediocre, and all uhaul equipment on that location was beat up and dingy.

they didnt help disconnect the trailer, not too big of a deal but i expected more.

The truck I had did not have any breaks. I could not use it to the best of my ability. I had to rent out another truck the following day. The sales clerk gave me a $10.00 credit but it doesn't suffice for being put in jeopardy as well as the inability to use the equipment the correct way.

This location was 30 miles away from my preferred pick up location. I reserved the truck 3 weeks out and i still had to go 30 miles. Was not happy about the extra miles. The Pick up location did a great job in helping get things straightened out. The guy at Customer service on the phone was not a very happy guy. He sounded like he did not care about my concerns.

Have the person opening be on time not 15 mins late. He was very kind. But I was about to cancel the reservation because of his tardiness. As soon as I had started my car to leave he appeared. It was at 9am on a Saturday that I was scheduled for. But he was super nice and very sweet!

The lady working in the office was probably the rudest and least helpful person I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. In a military town treating military people this way will cost this company because I'll tell everyone I know not to use this location

The truck was available from this location but we were in Fayetteville without transportation. We then had to drive back to Fayetteville to pick up the car hauler and drive to the dealership to pick up our car that couldn't be fixed till the next week. We were thankful the equipment was available on such short notice but we were unfamiliar with the area in picking up the truck and trailer. Also, carrying the heavy car on the trailer and driving an empty truck made dealing with wind and semis nearly impossible.

I had an appointment to pick up the trailer at 11 am on Saturday but no one was there when I arrived at 10:55 So I called and rented the trailer on line. I left the lot at 11:20 and still no one arrived. I was nt pleased that no one was there and they did not leave any message. But things worked out great.

1) Not the location contracted - was sent 20 miles further. 2) Delayed 24 hours in picking up trailer. 3) Requested dolly was not available (although had been confirmed as provided day prior to pick up) 4) Had to hook up trailer myself - only an office clerk present.Fortunately I've experience and enough strength to lift and mount. 5) U-haul is not their primary business.
