For one when your customer are going one way don't send them to a location that is close where you have to drop the key in a box .Theremu is no person there to look over the truck to see if everything is good .That way you are not over charging your customer which is what happen to me .Stop telling your customer that you will charge them a fee if they dont go to a location assigned then when they do you still over charge that is taking full advantage. You wont have a satisfied customer they will not return to you .I wont untill.this issue is resolved .my first reservation was with penke but at the last minute I tried uhaul..

Cullen SBetter signage on the business. The instructions for Uhaul was the bottom of a paper with a lot of info...in a closed, shaded door that said 'Closed'. The business was actually open, but we walked to back door in search of the Uhaul pick up point. We spent 20 extra minutes there trying to figure everything out. Also, calling the 800 Uhaul number after hours is a joke. Completely unhelpful after I was transferred 3 times and had to call back once. I am glad I don't need to use Uhaul again in the foreseeable future.
Julie HI was told moments before arriving to pick up the truck the correct address when I arrived I stood there in office while Danyelle talked on her cell phone never acknowledging my presence. Danyelle was very unprofessional texted me from her personal cell phone rushing me so another client can use the truck after she told me she would find another truck for the other client.
