- I was charged some safety thing for $16 which I did not request. - I was charged $39.99 when I did not know that this is the charge for that truck, I had thought it was $19.99. - The person cashing me out at the gas station had very poor knowledge and charged me in the beginning using miles instead of kilometers, which cost more and also added more kilometers than what I actually drove, which I was able to prove wrong because thankfully I took a picture of the mileage before and after. - Overall, the person handing me the truck seemed not knowledgeable, but was friendly and tried to help me, but sadly he did not do much for me. I was overcharged and did not like the experience this time. - Rented a U-Haul multiple times before, but this was the worst experience of all.
