Rebecca GThe problem is not to location but the Uhaul service. Extremely rude customer service, application and website down which doesn't allow you to pick up the rental. If their system is down or there's any other problems, you will not be able to rent the vehicle making you miss your deadline for moving, wasting your time and gas. I would rather commit suicide than using Uhaul again.
Gabriel DThe problem was with the APP, not the venue. Since the location is remote and was closed for the weekend, I needed to use the Uhaul app to access a key box. It was a NIGHTMARE, and took forever. Will never again book any Uhaul that involves using an app.
Robin VVernon was very helpful, and I can’t think of a thing to change other than allowing to make payment over 2 cards if needed.

Stuart AMy only negative is the large per KM charge of $0.89. It makes the advertised $19 a day pale in comparison if traveling from one end of the province to the other. I realize this has nothing to do with the local company and is set by the head office.

greg tWasn't very happy with the truck. The inspection sticker was expired. The back tires on the unit were just about bald thank God I didn't get pulled over by DOT or law-enforcement because I would've been fucked as I have a class 3 license. so I know better and I should be pulling into weighscales, but I didn't because of the inspection sticker and bald tires had the truck all loaded and ready to go before I noticed that my own fault but not impressed

Laura PI found the lady a little abrasive at first as she was not expecting me however did everything needed and explained to me what happened. The gentleman who came out to inspect the trailer and unhook it was very friendly
charlene rDrop off was nearly impossible. And the instructions were not clear where to drop off. We also submitted photos and it was still telling me to drop off the truck when we had already done so. There was an additional charge for whatever reason..wasn’t quite clear why there was an additional charge to our service.
Samuel GA little confusion with similar named (Waterville) drop off locations only 1.5 hours apart. The Allrite auto gentlemen fixed the issue when I dropped the trailer off, excellent service.
JOEL MWhen renting the U-Haul online. I chose a 5pm pickup which was the location’s closing time. It told me that I would have to do a mobile pickup, which I was fine with. When I got there I tried to do the mobile pick up with the app and it kept saying that I had to go do it in person at the business which was now technically closed. Luckily the gentlemen working there hadn’t left yet and restarted his computer in order to get me squared away. If he hadn’t been there I would have been without a truck. Not sure what happened but must be a glitch in the system when booking.

Mark RThe location was great, no issues at all. The problem I had is with Uhauls equipment itself and their choice of tires. The tires on the drives of that truck should NOT be fit for the Canadian Winter roads. There was no traction and I nearly went off the road several times at a very low rate of speed. The truck was also very much out of alignment - about a quarter turn of the steering wheel which made the truck harder to drive and keep in the lane. Overall, impressed with the pick up and drop location but absolutely not with Uhaul.

Karen RThe drop off compound was gated, no where to drop the vehicle in a secure location. When ai arrived yhere was already another truck parked outside the gate. I left there sick to my stomach, as I was concerned about the truck as there has been a lot of theft of vehicles and as well gas. The drop off box for keys is unmarked. No indication that this is where the ihaul keys need to be dropped. I already had to change my plans for this rental. It caused a ridiculous amount of stress for my family, and caused a tsunami of inconvenience. Had Uhaul of informed me that my original booking for 30 Set couldn't be fulfilled. Extra costs to me could of been avoided. Less than 24hours is not enough time to advise someone that their rental reservation is not confirmed. Even though it shows reserved on the website. I also returned my rental the same day. Under the granted mileage allocation. I'm dissapointed that I wasn't given an option to only rent for one day, or at least get some of the cost reduced for returning the equipment early. The $50 I was given for my initial reservation getting canceled is not even close to fair compensation. Overall I am extremely dissapointed with the overall experience. I will not be renting anything from Uhaul again.

Thankyou to John at Vanderhoof and Vern in Waterville Nb both were incredibly pleasant to deal with. Thankyou Uhaul for making this untimely move as nice as it was. God bless

Dan LBe able to drop off unit ot truck in a better secure location instead of side of road Anybody after you dropping off could hook it up to there vehicle and drive away and the renter would still be liable for the stolen truck or trailer

Michael CFrom the driver's perspective, a qualified heavy goods vehicle mechanic, the ride was a great deal harsher than he would have hoped for. And because the vehicle size I booked, a 20 foot moving truck, was not available we were given and were obliged to use a 26 foot moving truck the cost of gas for this relatively local relocation was more expensive than it aught to have been. No brownie points on this job I'm sorry to say. Nevertheless I would still recommend U-Haul and this location to anyone who should ask.
Timothy CNot have them lie about a drop off location that they made up because they couldn't find the drop off location I had indicated in Gravenhurst Ontario, to find out that when I dropped off at the location I had indicated, because they made up their own location drop off I was getting charged a wrong drop off fee of $400 At the drop off the girl contacted U-Haul to say what they did. The place was really dirty. Also as far as I am concerned another lie, I paid for a hitch I asked it to be a class 2, they told me it was, it is U-Haul hitch, U-Haul site says they only have class one? I got scammed if true that it is only a class one, I should get a refund

Harry WI have booked the truck on Feb 6, and on Feb 24 I got an SMS saying that the location changed to 1h:10m far from the original location in Fredericton. for that, I was forced to wait till one of my friends end his working day and company me to the location where I could bring the truck and he drive my car back to home. I paid 100$ for the truck oil and 40$ for my car. also, I have to book an extra day according to the change in the schedule. U-haul make my life very tough that day and complicate many things.
