I found the lady a little abrasive at first as she was not expecting me however did everything needed and explained to me what happened. The gentleman who came out to inspect the trailer and unhook it was very friendly
charlene R.Drop off was nearly impossible. And the instructions were not clear where to drop off. We also submitted photos and it was still telling me to drop off the truck when we had already done so. There was an additional charge for whatever reason..wasn't quite clear why there was an additional charge to our service.
Samuel G.A little confusion with similar named (Waterville) drop off locations only 1.5 hours apart. The Allrite auto gentlemen fixed the issue when I dropped the trailer off, excellent service.
JOEL M.When renting the U-Haul online. I chose a 5pm pickup which was the location's closing time. It told me that I would have to do a mobile pickup, which I was fine with. When I got there I tried to do the mobile pick up with the app and it kept saying that I had to go do it in person at the business which was now technically closed. Luckily the gentlemen working there hadn't left yet and restarted his computer in order to get me squared away. If he hadn't been there I would have been without a truck. Not sure what happened but must be a glitch in the system when booking.
