Fantastic service we really appreciated this location. What we didn’t appreciate was that U-Haul had us running to multiple locations to pick up the items that we rented in Same on the return they wanted us to return to two different locations so we had to make arrangements to change that which we did but very stressful when you’re trying to move when you have to run across town to pick up your rental items at one point they had four different locations for us to run around and pick up the different pieces that we had rented, I ended up canceling one in negotiating a rearrangement on the others not a fun experience for a customer. That being said VP fuels was great. Their service was wonderful. The location was convenient and we really appreciated the owners and Matthew.

By far my best experience renting with uhaul. Its in a gas station the sells a lot of cool stuff. Matthew was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I had even though the store was really busy. I can't recommend this location enough.

Cheryl GI was not notified in advance that the handtruck was not available. I had to drive around to find one on the morning I was moving. I was not offered a credit for miles in which I had to travel to find an item that I had reserved. It wasn't clear to me when I rented that I was renting the truck for 24 hours and that it could be picked any time. It was also not clear that I would need a CODE to open the truck. You need to simplify the ability to pick up the truck without an attendant. The interior of the truck was not swept. The tank of the truck should be full at pick up time, so I don't have to estimate the amount of gas which needs to be pumped upon my arrival.
William RWhile checking me in when he asked for my credit card info I noticed he was using a cell phone. I asked him if it was company phone or personal…Did not like that the employee was using his personal phone to check me in. He then asked if I wanted him to use an another device (tablet) but it too late to start over. Now this employee Has my ID Credit Card info and address on his personal phone.. very young and unprofessional… Please Train ALL employees to use the proper devices.. This location was to busy for one person, we kept getting interrupted from gas station customers, it took 20 minutes to complete my check in..
