While checking me in when he asked for my credit card info I noticed he was using a cell phone. I asked him if it was company phone or personal…Did not like that the employee was using his personal phone to check me in. He then asked if I wanted him to use an another device (tablet) but it too late to start over. Now this employee Has my ID Credit Card info and address on his personal phone.. very young and unprofessional… Please Train ALL employees to use the proper devices.. This location was to busy for one person, we kept getting interrupted from gas station customers, it took 20 minutes to complete my check in..
