REBECCA WMy email address was entered wrong. I never got an email for a receipt. I went back to the guy who did all the processing to receive the truck. He told me it’s out of his hands. He can’t do nothing. I need to call corporate. I call corporate. I’m waiting for an hour and a half before I take off in my vehicle. Because I had no proof of contract even though the guy gave me the keys. I was afraid to take off because I had no proof I bought insurance. He blamed it on your security system is the reason why it all went bad. He had no account information. He had no contract information after he just did it and said he emailed it to me and it went into the clouds because there was the wrong email address .

Luckily Dealer # 10726 at Senter's Nursery took the extra time to help us out and find where we really needed to pick up the trailer at.

BRIDGET YHad a little glitch with our 1st U-HAUL provider - Old Jack Storage Gresham in Flint Tx. he canceled my reservation. We were running late to our pick up time, said he called but I had no missed calls or messages. Calls to his numbers went directly to an answering machine. However, after calling U-HAUL for help we were redirected to another provider who was within 5 miles, and were able to get what we needed and get on the road. So good recovery U-HAUL. Despite some added stree at the 1st location, Overall we were pleased with our experience.

Jeffrey BHorrible experience. Truck was not properly assigned and I paid for a dolly but never received one. I didn’t get a refund after I requested it. I was supposed to get my truck at 6am, but it took over an hour to even secure my Uhual. We did not get our uhual until after 7am. This location is not reliable.

RONALD MPersonnel & locations were exceptional. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the drop off locations initially offered to me (75 mi) from my location. I finally told them I would call upon my arrival. I was told I needed approval for my return location or could be charged more. Upon my arrival, your employee was very helpful with locating a site w/in 15MI. Thank goodness for her.

Christopher RI reserved a car hauler at a different location and the equipment didn’t come in. As a result I was charged an additional day due to this facility not being open n Sunday. Although I was given a $50 credit for equipment no-show it still cost me about $40 extra. This was disappointing since none of this was my fault.

Cherilyn LWe selected the p/u and drop-off locations on the initial reservation. Both locations were changed by Uhaul so there was a little shuffling involved - but those weren't due to errors by the actual people in those locations. The actual people we dealt with were nice and competent.

JOYCE TPlease have them get wifi since I had to return on a Sunday. I had no cell service to complete the delivery! I had my son complete it from his phone which magically had some reception.
