Edward DU haul is a little extreme with the photo identification process. Makes me feel uneasy. And there are still people out there who still do not have cell phones. What then? That’s on u haul. Not the place I rented from. Conan was outstanding and a super great guy to deal with. Very pleasant.

Kelly WThe only issue was we had to rent the biggest truck which wasn't needed as the 10 ft on site was not big enough. It would have been good to have a mid size truck available between the 26 ft and the 10 ft. Other than that the operator was very nice and very helpful.
Gregory L1. Tow Dolly that i picked up, has a defective right signal light, which is not working when we tested Infront of the U-Haul rental personnel. And that might cause an administrative or a citation ticket. He said that it might be the line from my vehicle that is defective, so i pulled out my Magnetic Trailer Light kit and connected it to my vehicle, He saw that both L&R are flashing, so it was really the uhaul trailer R signal that is defective. 2. I told him we arrived 04:00am from Alberta province to pick up tow dolly, and travelling to Vanderhoof BC, which is 4hrs. drive away. We were already in the yard when he came. I showed him the U-Haul Traffic Centre text message saying that i can pick up tow dolly at 9am and it was already 09:40, He replied that those staff in the Traffic Center were "STUPID" for texting 09:00am as pick up time. 3. The U-haul personnel knew that i came first before the second customer, and he still attended the second customer and leaving me behind. 4. I don't have the Hitch Ball locking pin, and only a bolt screwed into the Hitch Receiver; however, i was allowed to go pulling the tow dolly. 5. Yesterday, Nov. 14, 2024, a uhaul customer service representative with number 778 952 8580 "CALLED AND TEXTED" my number NUMROUS times, she introduced herself as Christina, she even sent me a screenshot photo image saying that, trailer rentals will be shut down in the area, if i don't send them via text message a photos of the tow dolly i had rented, with the visible view of my license plate. That said, i never experienced this kind of inconvenient calls since i had been using uhaul for how many years. 6.Hard to understand the way he talks.
