HEZOUWE KDue to this location being a full fledge car dealership, I would have personnel there to strictly handle U haul activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful however it was busy.

TIFFANY MThey gave me a car with trash and I did not know that so I had to empty the car when I returned the car they did not know how much gas I should put it so I put 20dollars for 7milles that I used it then they say sorry was less but I did not receive a refund for that.

Maurice BThe check oil light was on and there was no air condition. Also, the lady that helped me check-out told me that I couldn't return the truck back on Sunday and I found out that when I dropped the truck off on Monday, that I could. I think the ones that helping customers check out, should be well trained and told that we are able to dropped the truck off because it would have saved me a day of money. I think this survey don't have enough answers that is applicable for the questions. For the 3rd question, instead of me entering 'No', i would rather I could answer anyway I want to for this question. I don't think i would answer 'No'. I would probably answer 'I'm not sure'. For the 2nd question about the truck being cleaned and well maintained, I would rather answer this question in my own words. I would rather put 'the truck has trash on the doors pocket and the 'need oil change' light was on.

Jennifer FI went to rent a uhaul off St. Barnabas road. They did not have one but the young man was able to find and book one for me at Malboro Pike. When I went to Malboro Pike, the vehicle was ready. The staff was professional and ready to serve me. Thank you for such great attitudes and prepareness.

Leonard PClean trucks prior to pick up. Seat smelled like ass, literally left a scent on my hoodie. Wife and I had to remove boxes from back of 10' truck before we could load our belongings. Next time I will check back before leaving Uhaul sites, and check cabin for odd smells.
Darryl HThis service was absolutely awful. I was drastically overcharged for using the Uhaul and I can prove it with photos I took of the odometer and basic common sense. I rented this uhaul for 2 hours and returned it without the gas tank needle even moving. I drove 10 (count them again, TEN) miles and they charged me for over 100 miles. IN TWO HOURS? Are you kidding me? I am going to demand my money back or take this to court because this is fraud. I have proof of the odometer before and after using the vehicle, and this is nothing short of a scam/theft. I will NEVER use this service again and I will actively campaign against anyone else from using it either.
Michael NI personally had a very positive experience at this uhaul location. The customer service was great and unlike some other locations, I was able to leave my car there while I was using the uhaul. Some other locations are on a smaller lot ,and you are not permitted to leave your car. This place was the peace I needed, because moving can be very stressful

YVETTE BI forgot the keys to my car and had to drive back to get them. It was near closing time. The owner stayed past closing time so I could turn in the truck and get my car. I really appreciated that

KIMBERLY GI set up my reservation online I was given 300 miles for my move. I used 237 miles and was charged for an extra 15 miles. Not to mention I received the truck on almost empty and returned it with a half tank of gas. At this location the guy never went over the order with me. I never got a confirmation email. I paid for use of the dolly there was no dolly in the truck. Overall I am disgusted I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged for 15 extra miles. How?????? I was given 300 miles in my reservation and I only used 237.
Reena BThe truck would not pick up speed to to mechanical issues. The truck jerks when you break. The vehicle seems to have a transmission issue. When I called the usual center and told them the truck was going no more then 10-15 miles per hours on the high way and dangerous, they told me if it breaks just call rode side assistance. I will never rent from them again!!

Kiampi CI issue for Uhaul to improve is to inform the customer that a pickup location has changed.That issue cost me time and money and mileage.No one told me I had to go far out of my way to get the truck I requested.That was very unfair,I will definitely use another company my next move.

AVIS CAs a customer I expect to receive what I ordered because this was available at the time. I received a bigger truck. That is not what I reserved, I asked will that be more. She stated that it wouldn't. I have been over charged and charged Twice. I just received receipt in jan 2022 and I rented this vehicle 11/01/2021. This is outrageous!!!
