Your app is useless trash that had me there for afar too long waiting for phone coverage to upload photos In addition, you did not include the moving blankets I requested and still changed me for them Your money saving "contactless" crap is just more BS reasons to despise these past 5+ years of crap companies get away with.

Please actually have the equipment ready. I received none of the equipment I asked for which made the move difficult and the fuel level was below the indicated amount on the agreement.
Jackson WI think having an actual inspection report after the last use would provide real peace of mind - ie the tires are properly inflated and oil is at correct level.

Please beware of renting from this location. the employee we encountered is committing THEFT. I reserved a truck online from this third party source "Valero." The clerk made the experience very frustrating and it took an hour to complete the transaction. He ran my card and told me it was declined and told me I had to pay in cash. Frustrated from moving, I withdrew $200 from the Valero ATM and paid him, only to discover he had charged my card too. Full disclosure, I was on a time restraint, he gave me the keys and I neglected to get a receipt for the cash payment, my mistake. But I do have the receipt from the Valero ATM and witnesses who saw me pay the clerk in cash. Regardless of what happens in my case, I want to alert the public about the SCAM AT: VALERO 88TH ADDRESS 7680 W. 88TH AVE. IN ARVADA COLORADO 80005.

Charlie RThe gas station staff are polite I give them that, but I didn’t receive equipment requested online, truck was dirty, and usually I get to input before I leave with rental. Wasn’t even able to that? When returned I got charged twice which made this more experience I won’t rent from this location again.
Claudia RI didn’t realize when I booked the truck at this location that it was a gas station. The attendant hadn’t been trained on the UHaul renting procedures and barely spoke English. It took extra time, which I didn’t mind, but I got notified after I left that I didn’t have the truck for 8hrs like I had reserved it for but 6hrs. This caused slight panic but was able to get it returned on time. He did his best and did FaceTime someone to help for the check-in when I returned the truck. Truck was clean and had no issues with it.

angelica gI booked a truck close to my location and just before I left, I got a text that showed you had changed my pickup location from 1 mile from my house to one over twenty miles away. I kept getting madder and madder as I passed uhaul location after uhaul location on my way-all with lots of trucks the size I wanted. I was not happy at all. I repeat-not happy at all!
Andrew SThe pickup process was terrible. It took 15+ min Josh to get the keys because there was no one there that could help me and I had no service so the website wasn’t working. Then my sister left her keys in the truck after we locked the doors and it’s been impossible to get in touch with anyone that wants to help us. She can’t driver her car or get into her apartment so it’s kind of an emergency. Overall, this experience was so terrible that if I never have to use uhaul again, I’ll be overjoyed.
