The gentleman at the pick up location was absolutely rude, had loud TV blaring while he was trying to check me in then was completely rude to my friend who was buying $30 worth of worth of merchandise. Kept helping other customers while I was trying to pick up my van and it took an extra 30 minutes, then he proceeded to demand that I move my truck so I could take pictures which I already knew. Barking orders at me and again was so disrespectful to my friend. I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever recommend anybody going to this pickup location again to deal with this gentleman. I tried to call customer service to complain immediately but it was closed on a Sunday.
