Location did not inform me of the possibility of mileage charges on my pt to pt rental. My trip was over 400 miles. I included a second stop to drop off furniture from my dead mother to her sister. I went 60 miles out of my way and was charged $1/mile. IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY MAKING HIDDEN CHARGES PUBLIC.

I asked to rent for 2 days. had to call 1800 # to get access to my acct info Learned it was only rent for 16hrs. I had to call back 800# to extend to 48 hrs. Mi trip is put in as 60.00 it was actually 34mi 1 way did 3 trips of 34 miles 1 trip 0.1 cause new address 2 doorsdown . Charged me for 206.2 miles. My miles put on truck is actually 136 miles. Had to buy dolly , ratchet straps cause there was none. no blankets returned truck at 7:10p they marked it as 7:30. Charge me 3 rentals grand total almost almost $400. Emptied my bank account. I have no money to get my boyfriend diebtic supply's , my medicine , dog food , gas to get back, forth to work.

Very friendly and helpful. They mounted the trailer to my truck themselves. They borrowed me their adaptor. Very nice people.

The problem is the person thst took my reservation from the day before never made it clear the trailer was not in Elmira where I was looking tk get it from . This was poor service and shocked me cause I've used uhaul many times and never experienced this. It cost me that day not to do what I needed done and time there and back cost me gas and time. I know you can't give people things . But when we call you we expect your staff to help us not cause more stress in our life.

Owners were on site. Very polite! Gave me free range in his parking lot to unload car and disconnect/drop dolly! This location is in a beautiful area of NYS Finger Lakes...... it's just a very small shop, out in the country! I will drop off there again because it's on my route home!

Staff here are great-Ron & Paula go above & beyond to provide quality customer service. They even order a trailer in if/as needed. They are great to work with .

I had to talk to 5 people to get a truck. The first person wanted me to drive two hours to get a truck. When i finnaly for it fixed my pick up location was 3)38 minuts from my house and it was supposed to be 5 minuts. Valley auto was awesome to me. But your company needs to not fuck shit up like this.

I reserved a truck, I was running a little late. I called to let the office know I was running late and they couldn't have been better. I got there to pick up truck and was very nervous as I have never driven anything that big. The employee that checked me in and had me sign all the paperwork and took me out and explained everything very well to me. She really put my mind at ease about the whole experience.
