Valley View storage is very secure and the personal are great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs inside or outside storage. They are located near Branson West making it convenient for people traveling to the nearby lakes or camping near Branson. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

conviently located, easy access with a secure access entry that was never inoperable/always available when needed, and well lit...all the things you want in a storage facility...all at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely suggest and recommend.Thanks Valley View Storage!

The facilities are the best I have ever been around. Always clean and secure with the staff going above and beyond. The people working would help you at any time, and assist you if needed with anything at anytime. I have use other storage facilities, but no one can hold a candle to Valley View. Thank you !

Well staffed, and operated in a professional manner. Very pleased with the level of security, and outstanding rates. Best in the area. The reminders via email were helpful as well. Would highly recommend!!

Electricity never worked. Requested 3 times for the gfi to be replaced but it never happened. On each monthly check the gfi was tripped. Road down to the unit is horrible. Bill is a wonderful man but he doesn't take care of facility problems.

The manager Bill is fantastic to work with. Super nice guy and keeps in great communication. If you need anything, you can always call. If he cannot answer as he may be in the yard or showing a spot to someone, he will call back. I recommend this place as the prices are very fair compared to the other storage units in the area. Place is very clean and we lit along with security cameras. Never had a problem there.

I stored nice wood furniture, mattresses, and a few boxes of household stuff for 7 months. Most of the items near the floor were mold and water damaged from being soaking wet. Mattresses and some furniture wrapped in plastic bags were dripping wet on the outside of the bags and we're saved. I suspect that the concrete floors were poured without a vapor barrier. Beware.
