Rented me a van truck that smelled like dog poo. Hair was all over the seats. Im allergic to dogs cats. I call her to tell her she admitted to know about the smell. I really needed this van. Upon return she told me she wasn't giving me a refund. The truck smelled fine now. You know I was upset. The first van we were given filled with dry mud, we requested another. The second van was littered with trash tucked underneath the seats and between compartments. There were several roaches seen in the van and later on some of our belongings. The worst experience ever, if it's not an actual U-haul facility beware.Tina T.
When I went to my original location to pick up the van, it was not there and I had to be sent to another location way out of the way to get my rental. The fact that I was not notified beforehand was disappointing> I won't Uhaul again if I don't have toDaniel B.

Check them gas tanks cause as I went to put the gas back I used, It ran out on the ground cause I guess it was already full, but the gas hand said different & my gas went all on the ground & I told the store & y'all still charged me for gas which was unfairDebra B.

I tried to return the truck on the U-Haul app and everytime i put the miles in and it said that it was less than I checked out with! I was not supposed to be charged the $20 convenience fee for an error in the app! And I put more gas in than I left with also!!Sophia B.

They had on paper that the gas was at 3/8 when I got in it was only at 1/8th I had to go straight to gas station I left it back where it was when I got it and they charged me $16 and change because they had it wrong also shoes and cigarettes where in truck when I got in also told me it was .60 cents a mile never told me about a $20 after hours feeSabrina A.

You reassigned me to a different pickup location than the one I chose. What was the point of asking me to select a location more than a month in advance if you were not going to honor it? That was an infringement on the contract I agreed to-- including the price. If you were going to reassign me to the UHaul location that best suited YOU, the cost should have been significantly lower.Rachel S.

The customer service was not what i expected The store kept telling me that my truck was canceled . Come to find out it was reserved under my son's name instead of mine. They was no concern. Just your truck was canceled by uhaul and said that had no more trucks available. After being in the phone with customer service trying to verify my son's driver's licenses when received the call from the store pick up. So i got a late start to my move. They were no apologies or any discounts. They even call themselves locating another uhaul location but we would only get it till 4. That was not acceptable. Then on top of the suggestions no one attempted to look like they were putting the order in for me to rent a uhaul truck. No i would never suggest this location for a uhaul. I was so disappointed with this reservationJeffery B.

Nothing against the furniture store, they made me feel a lot better going in there. Uhaul canceled my reservation without my knowledge. I went to pick up my truck at 6:45 for the 24/7 pick up and wasn't able to access anything online. After getting hung up on numerous times from uhaul customer service I gave up. At 8:30!!!! I sat there trying to get answers and was tossed around like a rag doll. Yes I acted crazy on the phone. Only because my day was suppose to start at 7 and we have to get the truck from the location at 12. Totally ridiculous. When I got there to get the truck the manager of the store said my key was there the whole time. So what was the run around about uhaul?? Never again.Courtney P.

My only complaint throughout this whole process was that the inside of the truck had all the remnants of the previous drivers. As a professional driver, it made my flesh crawl. I didn't smoke, or eat in the truck and if I had I would have cleaned up behind myself. You should implement this as a rule or pay an additional fee to have someone clean for them. Jmo!elizabeth G.

I got a horrible allergy attack due to the cabin of the truck smelling like cigarettes. You should charge a fee for customers bringing back your trucks smelling like death so you can clean them. Should people want to smoke in their personal vehicles, great that's your personal vehicle. Don't submit everyone else to that. Additionally, the app was not responsive and said my reservation was not completed, so I had to go inside which bypassed the whole point of using the mobile app.Norman L.
