ARACELIS RAnthony took great care of me! Perhaps the IT can be friendlier. I tried seven times to begin my forms, and it would not accept my date of birth. It finally worked the European way of adding it, date/month/year. Anthony more than made up for that frustration.

LOUIS RClean the truck, there were finger nail clippings all inside the cab and there was residue from previous spilled drinks on the console. Air conditioner did not work in the truck. This is the second time I have used that truck. I will not rent from this location again, the truck was disgusting.

Chelsea NTerrible app. Person at this Location was out of office at 12pm and we couldn't finish the drop off in the app. I would think if you were open at 12, we should be able to drop off with a person. They should be there if you are open. It kept freezing after taking pictures of the uhaul and then we had to start the whole process of drop off in the app again. We tried this 3 times and got further in the drop off process each time in the app; but we gave up after the 3rd crash of the app and just left and dropped off the keys. Horrible experience. This was the same with the uhaul app at pickup. We had to go inside the location. Luckily they were in the office. Work on your app please. It is horrible.
Christyan Lthe truck was dirty, you could feel the bacteria on the steering wheel. even after i cleaned the seats with alcohol wipes which became black. The brakes on the truck were dangerous, they needed new brake shoes and pads

Derrick CI made a reservation at 1pm on a Thursday (5 hours before they close), for the next Friday morning at 8am (1hr before site opens). I used the U-Haul app to be able to access the truck before hours, but there was no key left in the lock box as there should have been. After calling U-haul (corporate support was apologetic) they couldn’t directly do anything other than try and find another location/truck. The manager of the location arrived at 8:30 prior to open, and when I questioned why my truck wasn’t ready he did not apologize once and blamed it on me making my reservation too late. I got the keys and spent the day moving. When I returned the keys and asked about the late truck issue, the manager again offered no apology and simply deferred “I talked to U-Haul corporate and they’ll be handling the situation”. Zero customer service or care to make it right. U-Haul corporate did offer a $50 credit for my inconvenience but the Value Store-It manager needs a recalibration.

Fred RI'll start by saying this review is more of U-haul customer service, although location staff was friendly, they didn't have a furniture mover that I ordered, and in the truck they had a dolly (that I didn't order) which we saw had a broken wheel when we opened the back. Trying to get a hold of someone at the office to let them know, so I would not be charged was impossible...oh and the oil light was on in the truck. Now for U-haul - DO BETTER! This was a horrible stressful experience. I placed an order almost 2 weeks in advance of my move for a 26' and furniture dolly. Up until 3 days before I thought I was picking up at preferred location. I then received a text message that my pick up and drop off location were almost another 30 miles away. I'm paying by the mile, and this was very concerning!!! I called the local office 2 days prior and they were able to find me a smaller 20' truck in my preferred area. At 8AM the night before I was to pick up at 7AM the next morning, I received another text message that again my location has been changed. I tried calling and was passed around to about 5 different people. Basically saying they couldn't do anything because it was after business hours.....THEN WHY ARE YOU SENDING OUT TEXT MESSAGES AND CHANGING THINGS AT 8PM WHEN YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!! As I am confirming the new location on the phone, I receive ANOTHER text message that my time has changed from 7AM to 9AM....seriously....I have movers scheduled for 7AM the next day and I'm just now finding out about this. This caused so much unneeded stress to an already stressful moving situation. This was unacceptable to be finding these things out less than 12 hours to my pick up time and your staff that works "after hours" could not do anything for me! From changing pick up and drop off location and costing me more miles and then changing pick up times at the last minute - you have lost my business.
