Sui-Lan RMobile check in was a hassle. Talked to 4 agents with deferring suggestions. Finially, last agent walked me through step by step. She was great! Previous agents seemed to pass the buck. Return was easy, just a little lengthy. No help needed. Might come back.

Alexandra CThere were spiders or some kinda of bug as soon as I set on the seat. But be fair, I think the spider are either inside the seat or something similar so they only come out once disrupted. It not easy to not possible to notice them otherwise.

Enrique PThe vehicle I received had a low tire which I had to put air in it. Also there was no windshield wiper fluid and the windshield very dirty and difficult to see out of causing a hazard and distraction.

Ramon HI have just 1 extra mile and they charged me, they even recognize that I left the tank full of gas, because the gas is very expensive at this moment.
Elieser GAt the day of moving. I went to pick up the truck. I found that they cancelled my reservation and a new reservation under another name. I have reservation confirmation. If that means sth, means the country is going down and down.

Bladimir JOutside of van was very dirty and padded flooring in back was ripped. Almost didn't start a couple of times.
earl mTruck was not inspected with an employee from location to confirm miles when the truck was picked up and to confirm miles when dropped off. The inside of truck was with garbage on the floor and there is an engine light on when truck was picked up.

Ubaldo JI was charged an estimated amount. When I return it. I was charged another amount, instead of adjust the amount. In total, I was charged twice. Even, if they will reverse the estimated amount. How it comes you withdraw twice from the account!!! Then when you asked, they said “ it is the system” . They forget there is Einstein Who used the system.

Daniel RI wasn’t satisfied with my first experience as the van had no ac, the gas gage wasn’t where they said and that cost me extra. My 2nd time the communication was better and a more friendly atmosphere.

Michael RThe rental truck had an unpleasant smell and when I returned the truck, the gas was filled above the estimated gas consumed provided by uHaul and I was still charged for 1.5 gallons. Quite disappointed.
