The truck was not clean and it terribly. It was actually scary. Also, the manager, I believe his name was Alec (older man with grey hair) has the absolute worst attitude. He speaks in a very condescending manner to customers and even employees. It’s a shame because the woman at the counter was very nice and helpful. I won’t be back here.

Make sure the trucks have been serviced. Make sure they operate correctly. Service tire light was on all day. Truck slid through the rain. Light button was pushed in. The customer service was good

I really would like a call from a uhaul rep. That's in some type of management at district level or above. My experience with renting was absolutely ridiculous. It's not the locations per say but the games with the third party companies that I was sent to. I'm truly disappointed and based on my experience I will never rent from uhaul ever again.

I love the "idea" of the mobile return - but it was a clunky process. For example, this location isn't in the safest of areas, so I took a pic of the dashboard and left, only to realize I needed to take pics of the interior, cargo, parking spot, etc. It would have been helpful to get a head's-up about what was expected using the mobile return - I knew it was offered and how to access, but was not prepared for what was needed. ALSO - you need to allow the feature to use (existing) from the photo library. Taking them in real-time adds to the inconvenience... let me take the pics, get outta there, then upload :)

I needed better communication with the storage facility who had the truck. They finally disclosed to me that the truck had 3 tickets and the last person who was using the truck was arrested. They were very hesitant in renting the truck. They told me to call UHaul to get the problem resolved. Uhaul resolved the issue and I was able to rent the truck on time. Maybe Uhaul and the storage facility need to communicate better about the details of their equipment, liability issues etc. Thankfully, everything worked out for the best. The storage facility is in a great location and this is the main reason why I decided to choose Uhaul for this event.

Using the app is a waste of time. Too many steps it is easier to go inside and deal with a person. I got through hr whole app process and then there was no key so I had to go inside anyway. Not using the app again.

the experience with this location is ok but the U-haul charged me $ 280.00 dollars without letting me know that was horrible. U-haul need to trying their employees better when i ask to the guy in this location about the charges he said he have no idea about it.

The van was extremely dirty with someone else s used gadatorade drink that spelled in the van, a dirty wet cardboard box and a bad smell. When i was checking out the clerk accused me of leaving a box there that was also for maybe a past driver.

I made my reservation online and picked up truck at the Value Storage, the gentleman that attended to me was amazing. Two hours later when I returned the truck a guy who told me his name was Tim or Jim was the rudest, told me to just leave the keys and I will receive my bill online. I courtesy asked that I needed settle my bill and his reply was I don't have time and if I wanted I can wait a half an hour for him to take care of me, like really!!! I am a paying customer that rented a truck and also has a unit there. This gentleman should not be in customer service treating people like trash. If it's not for clients like us renting he would not have a job that pays for his salary. Very bad for business he should not be dealing with people as he showed he doesn't. He should be away from dealing with client that pay good money for service.

Remove the plug-ins from the wall. I had to cover my nose and mouth. Those things make you sick. There was a hepa air purifier I. The room, but, a plug-in was right above it and ruined the air quality in the room. Other than that, the service was great.

The customer service there is bad. I had the same sales person the day I rented and the day I returned the truck and and both days he had a bad attitude. He is rude and does not seem to care about the customer's concern. I was told to call uHaul customer service to address an issue that could have been taken of in the store by him. And when I did call uHaul they called him to make him do what he was supposed to do in the first place. I didn't have my phone but he would not let me use the phone to call uHaul customer service. He said: " I can't have you hold my line". So I had to walk home to go call uHaul customer service only to find out that he is the one who could have fix the problem. I'm not going to that store again for sure.
